While the pandemic spreads, I try to stay clean in the safety of my flat. Unfortunately, the physically safe environment of my flat is only so much psychologially safe - as in: I’m starting to get bored.

So again, all I can show is the view from another window, framing spring, still not to touch. And I’m officially out of windows to take pictures from.

So using the spirit of boredom, I decided to implement a server application for a feature that From Parts will have some point: Remote Control. Let me explain.

\n

Controlling machines that have more than three inputs gets quite tricky, especially on a keyboard. Or some elements are better controlled finely grained.. like, with a slider and not with the touch of a button. I still have to figure out a way to make controlling more complex machines acceptable and fun ingame while not cluttering the screen, even without an extra device, but that feature alone seems like fun to me.
